Project overview
Built NeuralDesk, a complete self-hosted AI customer support platform sold as a CodeCanyon SaaS script. Site owners create chatbots with a custom persona, greeting, and starter questions, then train them on documents, Q&A pairs, and free text with optional Qdrant vector embeddings. The trained bot ships to any website through a single script tag and answers from that knowledge base, with human handoff into a realtime agent inbox when a conversation needs a person. The product runs as a full SaaS: subscription plans with feature limits, team staff accounts with scoped permissions, six payment gateways, multi-currency billing and refunds, plus an editable frontend CMS, a Sanctum-secured REST API with Swagger documentation, and an admin panel covering analytics, roles and permissions, email templates, audit logs, 2FA, media, and translations.
Key highlights
- Built chatbot training on documents, Q&A pairs, and free text, backed by Qdrant vector embeddings for retrieval-augmented answers.
- Integrated eight LLM providers behind one interface — OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Groq, Mistral, DeepSeek, xAI, and Cohere.
